2. Function of card reader：
• It is mainly divided into five module according to its function：communication transmission module、security management module、command interpretation module、key-press and display management module、smart card read-write module．
• Communication transmission module：according to IS07816—3“communication treaties of proprietary card reader with POS”，administers the communications between card reader and POS terminal，ensures right transmission of data and secrecy 、 security of data in transmission．The card reader’s communication with POS is from USB to RS232 three lines，hardware controlling．
• Command interpretation module：mainly finishes the analysis of command receiving，and inspects validity of command, transfers correlative command processor by command parameter，and returns the command processing result yard ．
• Smart card read-write module：In charge of the read-write of ISO7816b touched smart card.
